I still have 4 sets of bumpers on order which look promising so I will post if I receive any good ones.
The monoprice bumper is the same as the Photive Hybrid bumper, which is designed very poorly compared to any other alternative (though I've only heard good things about the production quality).

I came home to my bumper that I ordered from that same link on eBay. It looks like a black/black 9mm style bumper.
I just wanted to post an update to this post. I received the bumpers from this seller.
I expected the case to have plastic around the lightning port and be of the slim variety because that is what they show in their pictures.
I ordered:

I received:
4) "10.75mm improve hack job style" (I will add data to this one later), essentially this is #3 with better fitment, more even rubber spacing top and bottom and better button cutouts.
Here's a recaps of the regular hack job style:
3) "10.75mm hack job style (previously 10.5mm #2 ie Case 1449 bumper)" - 1mm front, 2.25mm rear overhang (very uneven spacing), 4mm wide rubber, Contoured = No, Button Fitment = incredibly bad (75% of purchased ones disabled volume or lock button or both)
After reviewing the pictures in the original listing more thoroughly though it appears that the case they had in the photos is a previously unknown hybrid of the "10mm depressed style" and the slim high quality style's plastic lightning port surround, I haven't seen this variation before. So it wasn't really the best version.
I'm starting to wonder if I'm ever going to see another high quality slim bumper. This is getting silly between extreme quality variations and not receiving the items in the pictures.
Chinese manufacturers, sigh.
Wow. That's just unbelievable. I bought mine 5 days before yours and received literally the worst item I have ever purchased and a completely different case and you received the slim high quality bumper.
This makes no sense. Please post some more pics with it on the phone to confirm it's the right one. I'm really hopeful.
I asked the seller to send another one after I received the previous disaster (you can see photos on page 2)
Just one with it fitted to the phone and if you can and one showing the inside of the rubber band (this will help identify it).
You can take it close to a desk lamp or light fixture to reduce the noise and increase the detail.

If the left side would sit flush, it would be super awesome. The left side doesn't sit completely against the phone and there's a very tiny movement when I grip the phone.
Thanks a lot. By the look of the inside contour and the way that it sits on the phone I can confirm 100% that you got a slim 9.5mm high quality black bumper. Congratulations.
It looks kind of like the left side of the rubber band near the speaker was damaged somehow though which might explain the left side issue. My white and grey and white and clear version came in perfect condition. It might have been bent during shipping a little due to crushing but it could regain it's shape.
I'm very curious to see which one you got too. Please post some pics for identification.

I have the photive one and I really hate it. It pushes up on my bodyguardz back protector off on the sides causing it to bubble up. The lock button is way to hard to use. Bought the wife a pink cheap labeled "New Pink TPU Frame Bumper Skin Case Cover for iPhone 5" pink's fading and has metal buttons.

Yeah I definitely will do that! I just got home for Turkey Day Break, but will be back on Sunday, and the bumper should be there when I get home. Also, my roommate told me that my Elago S5 Bumper has also arrived.
