Where to complain?

    The last couple of weeks I´ve had problems with my mobileMe account.
    Not being able to upload files to iDisk (at critical moments of course).
    Push email to my iPhone seems to work only now and then. I usualy have to open Mail on my iphone to get mails, even if it´s set to Push.

    I bought my subscription years ago, can´t remember if it was online or in a shop, so my question is this:
    Where do I take my complaint?

    Doesn't matter where you bought it, it's all Apple. Start your journey at apple.com/support/mobileme.

    Follow the advice of the second poster and also try the online chat help that they have

    That's where I always go to let them know what they're doing right/wrong.
