iPhone Where to download Cydia?

So after wiping my tweaks with ilex rat my Cydia stopped working, my plan is to delete it and reinstall it through ifunbox, where can I find a copy of the .deb file online to download I have been unsuccessful with google.

you can re install cydia with ilex rat.

After using ilex rat all tweaks are gone including ilex rat and Cydia crashes every time it's opened.
