Where to find an explanation on how OS5 works

I don't know if that's the right one for iPhone, but Apple only has a link for iOS5 on iPad (not iPad 2)...and looking at it, it sure looks like it's the wrong one, still for iOS 4.

Anyone find a real manual for iOS5 on iPad 2?

Is the one for iPad the real deal, and does it include iPad 2? There's one called that in apple's support pages, if it's the same one it doesn't cover iPad 2, and doesn't even look like it's iOS 5.
