I know google of course, but I tried two ways. First I found a video on youtube about how to add a website to your list of sources on your installer. That way didn't work. So then I found another way, by using a microsoft program and putting the games into a root>NES folder. Once I put in my phone's IP address and the username/password, it won't let me login. Any other ideas other than those? I've looked around and those seem to be the only two options.

No. The act of downloading the ROM is illegal altogether, since copyright laws state that it is legal for you to backup your data but illegal to transfer that data.
On top of that, many games have a clause in the EULA prohibiting you from ripping.
It's against forum rules to discuss how to download software illegally. Sorry.
If you have the rom file then activate OpenSSH on your phone, SSH into your phone and dump them into the directory that the NES emulator tells you to. I forget it off the top of my head but I believe you'll need to create the directory first. If you're not familiar with SSH commands look it up.
