It's a default wallpaper in iOS, location /Library/Wallpaper/.

You can no longer actually use this as your wallpaper in iOS 17 or whatever the hell it is without the OS screwing it up and making part of the earth blurry.

This seems to have been fixed in 17.1 (I was on 17.0.1 at the time).

I am completely surprised this is actually fixed, given the numerous other bugs and other annoyances they have failed to fix and continue to allow to stack up.
