I bought my 17" MBP less than three weeks ago to replace my 15". A couple of nights ago I dropped a full glass of red wine over the top of the mbp, and it soaked in through the keyboard, frying the logic board in 4 or 5 different places. Stupid move on my part, but I need to find a replacement. I took it to a peachmac but they quoted $1,800 to replace it. I'm going to take it to the Apple store tomorrow, but I doubt it will be much cheaper. Is there a cheaper source for logic boards? I tried searching *bay but couldn't find a 2.8GHZ 17". Thanks for any help!
