Hello,

Only places I see are from Prepaid carriers and they do not seem to be having a good reputation.

Best it seems is Metro, an affiliate of T-Mobile.

Are there any options other than Prepaid carriers? Like to avoid Amazon Third Party Sellers and E-Bay/Craiglist etc.

Thanks

He's talking about the iPhone SE. It's in the category of his post.

Check with places like Walmart and Target. I have heard that sometimes they have some back in their storerooms and sometimes a manager will go back and check and dig one up. Otherwise, probably have to go to places like Amazon or maybe Gazelle for unlocked ones. I kinda am looking at getting one myself as a backup phone when I travel.

Good luck in your search!

Absolutely correct. iPhone SE as mentjoned in the Category...

I was looking at Brand New ones and thought that Gazelle sold only used phones.
Amazon has a bunch of sellers (see some on Craigslist as well).

Is there a post that guides one through the process to ensure one isn't buying a stolen or locked iphone.
I've seen online people claiming that they were able to add the so called unlocked phone to their account because the network they added to just happened to be the same that the phone was locked to.

Would like to avoid any surprises but do not know how..

Thanks for your help.
