iPad Where to get ipad 4's

    Is there a place I can get a new or refurb ipad 4. I looked on apple for refurb and can't seem to find them.

    Target has them. 16gb is $449.00 I believe then you get a $40.00 gift card as well.

    Also they sometimes have open box deals for 80-100 bucks off. You can check daily on the website, that's how I got my iPad 3 (329 right after the 4 came out) & my Ipad mini (239 3 months ago)
