Where to get RAM?

Just got my refurbed Mini 1.66 and am looking for suggestions on where to get good RAM for it. Want to upgrade to 2GB. I know of OWC and Datamem and would lean towards OWC but have never bought RAM from them before.

Any recommendations.
Also, do I need to get a wrist strap for static?

OWC and DMS are both terrific places to get RAM...no reservations about recommending either one. I think DMS has slightly lower prices these days.
