I don't think I've ever seen refurbished iPhone on Apple's site. Other products I have seen, but never a phone. Is there a link?

Apple Certified Refurb? Not in official US Apple Stores. People in the US tend to think iPhones are just $199 so there's not going to be much of a market for a $400+ refurb.

It depends if the refurbs will have Apple limited warranty. Just sold a replacement for $525 for a friend. I'm assuming it was a refurb. The warranty started the day of the replacement.
