iOS Where to insert Tab Bar Controller?

I make a app using Window-Base template with Core Data.

Now I want to insert a Tab Bar Controller to that app, but I am not sure where the controller should be inserted in IB, I mean below Window or below AppDelegate.
 
My code is in attachment, does anyone help me? where did I make mistake?
