i have one question: my mini i7 is complete open as i will install 2 ssd's, where should/must be the system-ssd, in the place of the original hdd or in the extra space ?

I typically place the OS drive at the WiFi plate location. It's where Apple places it. Plus, if you have a system drive issue you can pull it without a complete tear down.

There is a thread in here about this topic, the user provides testing results stating that there is no speed difference from either slot, nor is there any other benefit that he could measure.

Either slot should be fine.
