Where to post question about broken G4 desktop

My brother has an older G4 that won't turn on. I want to post a question about what to do and if anyone knows of a mac computer repair person in Knoxville.

Where should post it? Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Why don't you read through the topics. Should be really obvious, perhaps something called Mac Basics and Help that MIGHT have some useful guides on the page under Mac Guides.
