Where to purchase an unlocked i4S?

Interested in purchasing a new, used, or refurbished iPhone 4S for use with T-Mobile network. Where's the best place to find one that's not new? What do I need to be aware of as a buyer for scams and bad phones that may be locked?

If I go the new route I'd buy it probably either from Best Buy or Apple... Where's the best places to buy it for used or refurbished?

If i'm reading this correctly, you are first saying that you want to purchase a new, used, or refurbished iPhone 4S but in the next line you don't want to buy a new phone.

I think craigslist or Ebay is your best bet. The 4S is relatively new though, so prices for used/refurbished ones will still be very high.

eBay is fine if you use the feedback system properly. I haven't been let down by someone with good feedback in my years of using it.

Sounds like they mean new as in new to them rather than an unused one.
