Where to register UUID

Hi,

I really apologise for having to post this, as I feel a bit lame now.

I signed up for the apple dev program to get the beta 3 OS, but for the life of me I can't work out where to register the UUID of my phone.

Can anyone provide a link, basic link walk through so I register and then can do the upgrade?
