Hi Guys,

I've got a stock of old/broken MacBook Pros that I'm trying to get rid of (old stock from company, not worth repairing, etc).

Apple doesn't offer money for the recycling here in Germany (at least not what I've seen) and all the companies/websites I've found online which purchase MBP's for parts/refurb are based in the US.

Anyone know any sites/companies based in Europe who do this service or does it have to be an Ebay job?

Cheers,

I think Dixons group are the largest repair centre in Europe for Apple. But they aren't going to buy a bunch of old used laptops. It'll be local repair shops and stuff at best who'd be interested. Otherwise Specialised companies who are going to melt them down for raw materials (Like gold).

If they're not worth repairing your best shot is to job lot it on eBay. Or if you had the will, strip them down and test individual parts, sell individual spares on eBay. Better money but a lot of work.

I would sell as a Lot on eBay. Getting them to the US would cost a mint in shipping alone.
