As an IT and Video-professional, I was wondering where Apple stands on 64-bit. I know the hardware is 64-bit, but how about the Pro Apps, Leopard at it's core etc...

As a video professional I use a lot of very large files, so I would benefit from 64-bit support.

Developing for 64-bit can only be done with cocoa in Obj C++, is that right?

    Leopard is fully 64-bit.

I am not sure about the "Pro Apps", which is a very vague description.

With Pro Apps, I mean Apple's Pro Apps, such as Final Cut Studio, Aperture, Logic, etc...
