Where is it? On the site it originally said 5.1. Someone on these forums pointed it out. Getting kinda ridiculous it’s still not here. This was on AppleInsider.

In the article it states “that’s what we get for relying on a press release.” So Apple did say it was in with their recent press release ?Appleinsider corrected the article saying it's not available with 5.1.
There wasn’t a press release for 5.1 - nowhere in the Apple Newsroom at least. In the article it states “that’s what we get for relying on a press release.” So Apple did say it was in with their recent press release ?
I’m doubtful - thinking it was just sloppy reporting assuming it’d be in the updateMaybe they had to pull it from the update after it was reported that it could be enabled by changing the region to US...
Coming soon. Next decade.
Yep pretty sure that actually said “ECG enables in 5.1 in their keynote. It was in their fine print and everyone pointed it out constantly. What might have happened is that the WatchOS 5.1 is the OS that supports this but - the trick here is that what we now need is an ECG app, which Apple still did not release.

"ECG app coming later this year."
If it is there they have it hidden well!
Shame on Apple for not releasing the ECG app
