Again, my guess is the ECG will be an app downloadable. This way they can control it for the supporting countries only.

According to the watch page, it will be an included app not a separate download.

Maybe they had to pull it from the update after it was reported that it could be enabled by changing the region to US...

There are tonnes of things like that in iOS, I don’t think that’s a concern for Apple...

"yet" is the key word here. Do you really need a list of products that were delayed well beyond their expected release?

Haha nah investors are just angry Apple isn’t disclosing how many iPhones, Macs, and iPads are being sold starting next quarter.
