Something I am really struggling to understand, is why I see all these Yosemite bugs affecting "Macs" in soo many differing circumstances. I mean some users report WiFi issues, some Time Capsule, some graphics..etc, some no bugs at all, Why are some users experiencing these problems when others arent? Yosemite is written speifically for the Mac unlike windows written for so many brand names and clones. Some users doing fresh installs versus updates, there seems to be no pattern? I myself have a late 2012 27" iMac with Wifi issues..... nothing else. I have tried the fixes that work (sometimes) for other users but have no luck?? Can anyone shed any light?

different logic boards, different apps running. different routers, different backup setups. different methods of updating; some doing clean installs, others updating from mavericks, or an earlier OS.

just enough variables to make life interesting I MEAN complicated...

Yup, what he ^ said above about covers it. I for one have really no issues

    1. Clean Install
    2. Did not use any Back Ups
    3. Airport Extreme current edition
    4. Install only those programs/apps that have been Apple Approved, not from some seedy sites.
    5. No added hardware to system other than a wireless mouse
    6. Made sure I have to fastest WiFi channel
    7. Connected to a better DNS Server

All is fine with my system shown below.

i had to replace my hard drive recently, so started clean with yosemite. but have LOTS of 'un-approved' apps running, PLUS some customizations, & ran things like 'monolingual'. and...having a near-perfect time with the OS (a few random bugs, nothing urgent).
