Mine appeared on the very last page of my apps after I updated.

Nope - nothing here. Searching for “news” displays nothing. Maybe the UK doesn’t in Apple’s world again?

Although it shows up in settings in the 9.1 beta, no sign of the actual app in the UK.

Edit: I stand corrected, it was lurking on the second screen.
