Where’s the Notification Centre on new iPhone X & how do you access/swipe ?

1. So swiping up from bottom always goes to home screen now. So swiping down from top right goes to Control Centre.
   
   Have I missed something , but how do you now access Notification Centre ?

Swiping down from the right side of the notch will show Control Center while swiping down from the left side will show your notifications

But how will notification show up? Still from the top? Now there is no Reachability, I am afraid it will be more easy to touch notifications wrongly.
