Which 2.0 speaker ?

Hi, I'm looking for 2.0 speakers for my work station. I was considering the Bose Companion 2 (at home I have the companion 5 system). Looking around on the web I didn't find good review on this system.
Do you have any suggestion?

I have the KRK Rokit RP5G2 studio monitors as my desktop speakers. They sound great, and have very accurate/flat response (which means you hear the music exactly as it is recorded). However, they are $150 each, for a total of $300 (plus cables). They blow any Bose speaker out of the water, IMO. They may be too big for a workstation, however.

Fostex PM-02 & Apogee Duet sound card.

Over $2,000 though, but worth every cent!
