"27-inch: 3.4GHz i7 1TB fusion drive NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680MX with 2GB"
because refurb, saved $550. First Mac.

21.5-inch: 2.9GHz 1TB hard drive NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M with 512MB as I wanted a bit more processing power and the price gap was not too much so I treat myself to something better..

The 27 probably it was too big for my need so I was not tempted too much

I bought the 27" 3.4GHZ 2GB VRAM with the 3 TB fusion drive....it replaced a 2011 maxed out model, and also benefits from 32GB of RAM. The extra power is what I've become used to, and the better, faster shortage option is a great help too.

I would have liked the large SSD, but decided that I really couldn't justify the extra expense. I have plenty of off Mac storage available, and I couldn't be happier with my new ( January) iMac.:)

27"
3.4GHz i7
8GB RAM
680MX
768GB Blade SSD

Prefer all SSD to fusion drive, didn't want to open up the iMac for applecare reasons just in case something went wrong. Plus just because I could.

27 inch
i5 3.2
8gb RAM
680MX
1TB Fusion

Didn't feel it was worth the money to go up to the i7. But I have always ordered the best video card when getting computers. Never know if I will run something graphically intense over the next 3-4 years and I will use it for some gaming. The RAM I can always upgrade to more later since its cheap. And I stuck with 1TB fusion cause I've had 1TB of space that last 4 years on my old computer and it's not even near half full.

My first Mac. Had to decide if I wanted to upgrade to Windows 8. A better thought was switching to OSX. When I made my mind up I went for the Gusto and got the 27" with all the upgrades cause I knew I wasn't going to change back to that other OS.

Had my Mac almost two months and have been very satisfied. I am glad I went over to the dark side as it's known. Now it's two iPhones 32 Gig and two iPads 32 gig and Our Mac. I almost said my Mac but God with the money I spent I have to let the wife use it or I would be in trouble. She was on it all day today while I was at work.

I didn't get a chance to vote in the poll but I thought I would comment.
