Which 4K record setting is the best for max quality? high efficiency or the regular one?

I want to record videos but I am not sure which one looks better. I don't care about saving space. I just want to make sure which one works best for 30FPS 4K recording.
Even if one of the other only looks 5 percent better I would prefer the best.
