Which app or website can I use to generate these 3D mockups of my screenshots/wallpaper/home screen?

Saw this on the wallpaper thread, but couldn't find anyone mentioning how its done.

As in trying to create custom screens on an iPhone? Seems like way too much work compared to using some app that would do it.

I see. I usually create backgrounds with pixelmator on my iPad or mac,then send to phone.

It doesn't seem that this is about backgrounds per se, but essentially what would be equivalent of photos of devices with those backgrounds on them.
