Which App is faster iPhone or iPad?

I know that Apple store app might be the smoothest and fastest way to order the :apple:watch....
But anyone got a clue which one is faster/smoother?
 
They should be the same. However, you could be able to get faster WiFi on iPad. But you're iPhone might have a faster chip. What are your models?
