Which App to create a video with an mp3 for youtube?

I want to upload an mp3 song to youtube, of course I can't just upload the .mp3 file, needs to be in a video form.

What app can I use a picture as my still video and have the mp3 embedded in?

iMovie.

Load a picture, or whatever you want as an image, and then load the .mp3/.aiff/-wav audio file, combine video and audio on the timeline, and export to YouTube via iMovie's presets.
