Which apple watch size 40mm or 44mm looks right

I know it was asked before but struggling to decide so please can someone help. 40mm vs 44mm Apple
Se 2022.The black one is 45mm as was the closest to try on and white one is 40. Deciding between 40 and 44 though so would be slightly smaller than the black Thanks x

I would say go with 40 if I compare the photos. But it’s easy to get used with larger size. I bought 40mm S6 two years back. Thought that would be ideal. But after I picked up an Ultra, it felt large for my wrist only for a day. Now I don’t understand how I could live with that watch for two years! So, pick 44mm
