iPad Pro Which apps support/show real HDR on M1 12.9 ipad?

just got 2021 M1 ipad pro 12.9 with mini LED screen.

how do i know if a streaming app like netflix/disney/HBO is actually showing me HDR version of a movie or show?

is there a list of ios apps that play HDR content on the new M1 12.9?
