Which bands come with storage case?

Hi guys, which Apple Watch bands come with the nice white plastic storage case?
I know the sport and nylon bands don't, and I saw an unboxing of the black Milanese loop which also didn't come with the case either?

Is it something Apple are not including anymore?

During the last Apple Event when talking about the environment, didn't Tim say something about trying to go all paper product for packaging? Took this mean cardboard and no plastic.

Every milanese loop I've seen comes in a plastic case. I'm not sure whether the next wave of them will though.

i saw them on the shelf last week and the box appeared the same size as the space black ML box. i didn't think anything of it at the time but that would suggest the plastic case is now gone.

My original leather loop came with a case, I don't think any of them do anymore.

I'm bummed about this. I got the new white LL today. No case. All my other LL bands have cases.
