meaning, you couldn’t purchase them separately ever.

Here are some guesses:

Hermès orange band
Nike Light bone/black
Nike Black/Cool Grey
Nike Flat Silver/White
Nike Flat Silver/Volt
Cloud with white ceramic pin

Any others?

That depends on what you would include in that list. If you only want to include band colours that were only ever available with the purchase of a specific Watch, I think there were only the Hermes Orange and the Nike Bone/Black one. Many more straps (especially Nike, but also Hermes) were originally only available with a Watch but later became available seperately. Now, if you want to include things like lugs and pins and buckles, there were a ton of bands with (real and painted) gold, rose gold and also ceramic hardware that were never available seperately.

Correction: some of the earliest Nike bands actually never became available seperately: Black/Cool Grey, Flat Silver/White and Flat Silver/Volt.

As another example, look towards the early appearances of gold (color not solid) and rose gold watches - I recall there being a dark blue (midnight blue variant?) with gold pin. I'm sure there are other similar instances.

Right, I mean not ever available separately later. I know the recent reflective Nike Black & Summit White loops were originally available only with a watch, but are now available separately.

I didn't mean down to different color pins.

What else had ceramic hardware?

As noted, the original Apple Watch Edition bands would have been unique to those Edition watches.

18-Karat Yellow Gold Black Sport Band (Spring 2015)
18-Karat Yellow Gold Black Classic Buckle (Spring 2015)
18-Karat Yellow Gold Midnight Blue Classic Buckle (Spring 2015)
18-Karat Yellow Gold Bright Red Modern Buckle (Spring 2015)

18-Karat Rose Gold White Sport Band (Spring 2015)
18-Karat Rose Gold Rose Grey Modern Buckle (Spring 2015)
18-Karat Rose Gold Midnight Blue Classic Buckle (Fall 2015)

The S3 ceramic watches came with Soft White (white ceramic) or Grey (grey ceramic) sport bands with a white/grey ceramic pin (and a different colour on the inside of the band).
