Forgot I had this case! It’s great. The Spigen liquid air.

I have this case, too. I chose it over the Spigen Liquid Crystal. My only gripe (and this isn’t necessarily a knock on the case) is that I was so used to cases with an open bottom that my finger kept snagging on the lip as I swiped up. I think the case offers decent protection.

You’ll know right away! CS said the remolded versions were to be in around 11/1; she told me to email her that day, I did, no reply yet.
I just emailed as well with my original order number. We shall see

Solidsuit for the XS max in brushed steel. I personally don’t find it slippery. Also not really seeing any finger prints on it?

Loving how the case fits on the phone and how nice the buttons are.

The speaker cutouts are kinda wonky but not a huge deal for me.

Liking it so far! Just will be sure not to take the phone out of the case too much.

How are the buttons?

Your not alone. Sure Amazon is not too happy with all the returns I've made in the past couple of weeks either.

It's actually the seller of the case that gets pissed with all your returning of the cases. Amazon charges them for the shipping of the case both ways and handling. Then because they can't sell the case as new they either have to sell it as used or have it shipped back to them (at their expense of course).

Just being honest when I say that the crew that buys and returns cases for fun are the worst kind of customers.

I only return cases when they SUCK, not for fun.

Any good business will account for returns in their budgeting. Also, if the customer is not happy with the product then they have the right to return it. On top of all that, these sellers know what Amazon’s return policy is when they decided to get into business with them. I have a sneaky suspicion that they are just fine with it otherwise they would stop doing business with Amazon.

Is that xdoria as bulky as it looks?

Certainly sounds like it's a sport for yo.

All part of the cost of doing business, but because that's so, do you feel is right to take advantage of the situation?

The buttons on the new/thinner Symmetry cases are nice but are very flush with the sides of the case.
Sometimes hard to find because they are so flush.

Broke down and ordered one with their early black Friday sale deal. Got the Armor for the Max for $32.99 o_O

Have you put the grinder to the SlipperySuit yet?
I never had an SS.

Yes. It’s disappointing.

Why are you here if your purpose is a critique?

Like I said. If the customer isn’t happy then they have the right to return. That is not taking advantage. I’m going to let you know now that I’m not here to argue so this will be my last response to you. Have a great night.

Just sharing my opinion. Same as you. You critique cases all day. I'm not allowed to comment? Is this Saudi Arabia?

Just asking if when you return a case you didn't like, do you claim it's defective so you don't have to pay the return freight? Be honest now.

Those who sell on Amazon get a fantastic customer catchment audience. There are literally millions who are able to view your products. We, as buyers cannot physically see the products you are selling. We just look a the reviews and opinions on sites like this one. I cannot blame those of us (myself included) that select that the product is defective so as to allow free returns. When I return a iPhone case, for instance, I have a reason. If that reason is that the buttons are too hard to press, or that it does not fit properly, then it is, defective and not "as described'.

Let's not be delusional here, the amount of returns of products to seller on Amazon is small. Those who do chose to return have the right to. We cannot view and see the products in person. "We" take a gamble. "We" give you our money for what we see on a computer screen. When we receive your products, they have to be to "OUR" satisfaction. If they are returned, why should we pay for the return?!

What do you think typical return rates are on Amazon for products in the category?

If you don't like the way the case feels in your hand or if the case is thicker then you expected, does that make it defective?

I do see that you have admitted to claiming a product was defective in order to not have to pay for returning a product that wasn't.

I wonder what the penalty for that is in Saudi Arabia.

Lastly, you aren't giving me you money. I'm not an Amazon seller, but the subject does seem to have struck a nerve.

If you are that upset about things start a thread and discuss. This is for talking about cases. Also up until now the threads been positive and upbeat so please take your negativity elsewhere.

As for cases, I really like the apple leather but I already put a scratch near the charging port. It’s too bad it’s not a 4 sided case as I really want to use it but 1 scratch on my new phone is 1 too many. Might go back to the sheath for now.

So if I end up not liking something purchased from Amazon, be it a phone case or a piece of furniture, I should be held to a different standard than someone that buys and returns something from a brick and mortar store?

And just to provide a data point, if I just end up not liking a case I pay to ship it back.

By and large, however, your righteousness is out of place as this is a thread to discuss various phone cases.

When the person makes the return to the traditional retail store, they (the customer) assumes the cost of making the return. You aren't asking the retailer to reimburse you for the gas or other expenses incurred in making the return.

I'm glad to see that there are some that are honest. It really is the same standard. We are on the same page.

My issue is those that try a case for a couple of weeks, send it back and expect the retailer to assume the cost because they wanted to test drive something else. It seems to be encouraged around here, and I have a problem with that.

There are many examples of this behavior, and it only seems to be encouraged by the abusers of the system that ruin it for the rest of us.
