Which color iPhone X and storage size?

I'm really torn.

I voted Silver here as that's what I'm (slightly) leaning towards, but I've almost always had the black/space-grey option (with the exception of the 3G and 3GS, both of which I had in white).

Oh, and I'm a 'no case ever' kind of guy (I like to actually feel and interact with my world-class precision engineered device ... not a cheap plastic cover), so the color does matter to me.

The Space Grey is a PVD coating which may be harder wearing than plain SS.

That said, you can polish out scratches on SS with a Cape Cod polishing cloth or similar. (Plenty of posts in the Apple Watch section for evidence).
Any scratches on the Space Grey won't be able to be polished out and will stand out with bare SS showing.

All depends on how hard their PVD coating is. Not sure I want to risk it so will probs go with the silver.

I'm concerned about the silver models middle band that goes around the phone (dunno what it's called) ending up getting scratched and chipped. Thus showing wear and tear more than space grey

People that have the stainless Apple Watch use the product below to remove surface scratches. I’m sure you can use it on the band going around the phone.

I’ve always had the dark phones (space grey, black) but with the front notch being black I might venture in to the silver this time. The only thing that’s giving me pause is that it looks white. I love the stainless steel sides... waiting to see some hands on reviews... if it’s indeed silver in the back I’ll go for it. But if it’s white i’m going Space grey again.

I’ve been watching videos of the space gray X. It’s looks better every time I see it. It does make the bezels look slightly thinner. It will be a last minute decision for me.

I used the Cape Cod cloth on my stainless Apple Watch and it works excellent removing the scratches.

Silver. I must be the only one that prefers white bezels I wish they had that as an option.

Yes a white notch looks bad when the device is off but when screen is on the white looks much better to me. I do have a jet black iPhone 7 but I regretted it immediately after I bought it. Had silver 6 and 6s. All my iPads have been silver or gold as well (iPad 3 air 2 pro 9.7 and pro 10.5)

I think silver this year since it has a black front. I'm going from a matte 7 Plus to a silver X.
I wa going to get the black purely because of the notch... but since Apple did it right and gave the silver black front, I'm def getting silver.

I will say the Space Grey is much more seamless looking, while the Silver looks a bit more like the old school iPhones. Can't decide!
Silver.

I really don't care

I'll be putting a $2 case on my $1200 phone anyway

This is the same as putting steel rims on your Lamborghini Huracan...but it doesn't make a lot of difference as it has the notch..errrrrm I mean license plate hanging in the windshield.

I always prefer black (once I had silver) but I think this year I will go to silver. It looks amazing!! Also it's give more forgiving micro scratches etc. I hope

Silver. Looks sexy AF! Never been a fan of "Space Gray". I switched to White/Silver after the 5 because Apple dropped black. I ventured back to black for my 7 Plus because it was actually BLACK. Since they have regressed back to gray, I am going back to white.

Does it matter? The front is a black border regardless and you’re gonna put it in a case anyways.
