Wow, this is a challenging thread! Finally someone after a real scoop here!

Let me see.... I thought I bought a white one, but the color I see changes depending on the light I see it in and the drugs I'm on at the moment.

I grabbed what I could get the day after introduction here in Europe and never bothered for the colour. On second thought I should have asked for white since that is one of the key features to recognise an iPad 2.

I don't have an iPad yet but I'm thinking about getting one. If I do it'll be black for sure. Then again, I would likely also get a skin for it so I guess it doesn't really matter

Had a white one (all they had in stock at the time) but after about a week, exchanged it for a black one...just like the look of the black frame better...

I had a white one. It was nice. But the white color made watching movies and viewing pictures look kinda weird. Having a black "frame" around what you're doing looks really really nice. That said, I got a black one and I enjoy it more, but I missed how clean the white one stayed. Dust particles and such are white, therefore they show way more on the black surface. Kinda lame to have to wipe it off so much for it to look nice.
