Which color is your Ipad2 , black or white ?

ended up with a white and love it
I was on the lookout for an ATT black one, after a few (4) unsuccessful attempts to snatch one by calling the Apple store to hear "yes we have several and to arrive to hear just sold out" - ended up buying a white one, with the GREEN cover, today.
My original thought was that the black bezel is better for photos, makes the screen look bigger, but now I discovered that the white one looks very clean and "light" design-wise, and actually white bezel is very easy on the eyes, does not distract from web or photos at all. Recall those white margins around photos?
Also, I found that the white one integrates a lot better with my office and kitchen surfaces, that are all white. It just settles in a lot easier into the surroundings being white. So, my guess is that its a keeper!

i just retired my black iPad2 to my sister and then bought a new one 64GB 3G white! i'm loving it! it looks so difference.
i've been bored to death with the black devices.
from iPhone 2G, 3G, 3GS, iPad1, recently retired iPad2, my macbook pro, my cinema display all have black frames, i'd have to do something for a change and i love it!

No offence, but I never understood why the black version was more ''classy''
Either way, still waiting for my white iPad, I'll see if it fits my personnal desires or else I'll exchange it

Black. I looked at the white ones but they just looked awkward with the bezel being the only thing that was white. Maybe if the back was white plastic it'd work, but I think the black+aluminum combination can't be beat. The white iPhone looks nice because more than just the front of it is white.

Black is good for movies/tv which I def. plan on using mine for (literally about to buy it today, God willing it is still in my Target). There's a reason you don't see many white-framed televisions . I think white is better for people using it for more work-related tasks like note-taking, etc.
I do have a white Blackberry, though (I know, I know). I do like it though because it's more rare. And I only use it for YouTube in a pinch.

It's all a matter of personal preference.
I have a black iPad, because it contrasts better with the screen. But I do think the white one looks great too...just doesn't contrast as well, requiring a higher brightness setting to appear the same as the black version.
