Which Cydia pre-installed apps can I remove?

Hi ..

I've just pwn'd my 1st gen iPhone to 2.0.

I notice that under Cydia there were many pre-installed apps.

Which ones of these can I remove. I'm not familiar with most of them.

Just leave them all. They are harmless and take up little to no space, plus other programs you may install will need them.
