hi all... i need your help once again.

i want to install debian in my parallels desktop ?

which iso image should i download ?

the "alpha", the "amd64", the "i386" or any other ????

a friend told me that "amd64" was the one, but when i tried to install it

i got a message that i have to use a 32-bit edition.

i have a Macbook, purchaised last november.

best regards,

meursault

i386 is fine

amd64 might not work with mb.

PS. debian stable build is VERY old, you might want to try Ubuntu 7.10
