    Hi everyone,
I'm starting to read some books in English for a handful of reasons, and one of them is to improve my vocabulary.

It happens that I'm looking for a dictionary app that gives me the definition of words, without being too complex or too minimal, and that allows me to store definitions so I can head back later and memorize them (like Biscuit does).

Which app does this well? Don't care if it's paid or not.

    Thanks in advance!
    Pedro.

I find the dictionary.com app to be very good. You can mark words as "favourites" and go back to them.

Thanks for answering first of all!

Yeah, I remember to have looked to that app, but the paid version was on sale just days ago, which frustrates me quite a bit :p
Afaik it also allows you to access it offline, doesn't it?

My absolute favourite is WordBook Reference. Their app looks great, has iCloud-saved bookmarks and a variety of pronunciation options.

    Alright!

Now, I'm not really sure which one I'll buy. WordBook really looks a lot better than Dictionary.com, but I want to make sure it is at least as good - which it appears to be.

And Google's dictionary is pretty great, actually, but not convenient at all, hence me buying an app.
Which one should I get then? :p
