Which external dvd drive?

I require an external dvd writable drive capable of running on 110volts and 240v for a G4 powerbook 17 inch 1.667ghz


running osx as well as being able to connect to windows.

Also Is there something that can run using only the computer as a powersource ...the mac air superdrive wont work

As far as I know, using the computer as a power source would put a lot of strain on it. I don't think that it can be done.

I do not believe there's anything out there that will be powered from the computer's bus that will work.
