Hav used a Galaxy S2 and to me the number one improvement will be the faster processor. I could not believe how much a more powerful processor enhances the user experience. the rest of the new feature will just be gravy!

Camera is easily my top feature.

I've been using the camera in my 3GS for some basic work stuff. Unfortunately the pictures the 3GS takes indoors are pretty awful. I'm expecting the new 4S camera to really improve things.
Honestly, most excited about the camera. I'm coming over from a crappy 3G camera, and only one of them, so that's by far and away the biggest change. Coming over from 3G, this is really all exciting though.
What do I think is the most important thing Apple has done though? Siri, by far. Just as Apple is bringing us into a sci fi world of digital paper and Star Trek PADDs with the iPad, Apple is also now bringing us into real human-computer speech interaction. Anybody can memorize a set of phrases that their computer can understand, but Siri is taking things a bit further with actual understanding of meaning, not just the words. This technology will only get better.

I don't think anyone really cares about the megapixels. It is the claimed camera speed increase, low light performance and color reproduction. Also, 1080p video and stabilization could be prety huge.
