Which files change the stock blue interface in Safari?

I am talking about the entire blue interface ??

Ive looked at mobile.safari.com but this only changes the outline of the address bar and some icons within safari.

How do I change/find where the blue interface is? ive got winscp and ifile cant find them 😡

They are located in the UIImages folder, here is a thread that has useful information, just search for "safari"
