Which G4 PowerBooks come with BlueTooth?

Hello. Can anyone tell me Which G4 PowerBooks come with BlueTooth?

All aluminum 12, 15 and 17" Powerbooks came with bluetooth.

The Powerbook G4 867 12" through the Powerbook G4 1.33 15" had Bluetooth 1.1. The newer version of Bluetooth 2.1+EDR? is in the Powerbook G4 1.5 and newer.

Almost. There are two versions of the PowerBook G4 1.5GHz. One with Bluetooth 1.1 and one with Bluetooth 2.0 EDR. The one with Bluetooth 2.0 also has a higher resolution screen.

I unfortunatly happen to have the 1.5GHz version with bluetooth 1.1 🙁.
