This is from my mid2010 iMac... how can i tell which gpu it is?

Is the 5750 the only stock gpu available that was used for the mid2010 iMac? I have a feeling that there was an option for a faster Ati model that could of been used back then.

What kind of thermal paste is that white paste that is on the rest chips of this gpu... and what kind of chips are those? What are they called, are they memory chips?
