I mostly use my left hand to answer calls but since i have the antenna issue, this has lead me to use my right hand for the time being until i get my Bumper case.

So which hand do you use to answer calls

Do you think Apple knew about this before the iPhone 4 was released???

I'm left handed and my phone stays in my left pocket. I always answer with my left hand, but I don't "palm" it. I sort of hold it with my fingertips...

thing is that i can't do that, i must have a grip on the phone just in case if it were to fall

I usually hold the phone with my left hand, but rarely ever touch that corner. This is on a 3G S though, I don't know if a non-curved background will make a difference

I'm exactly the same... well, almost. I'm right handed, but I use my left to answer the phone. I never "palm" the phone. Had I not read about the reception issues, I would have been none the wiser. Ignorance is bliss at times, I guess. At any rate, I still think my iPhone 4 rocks!

I use both. If I am at my computer doing something, then it's my left. Otherwise, it's always my right. I noticed the reception thing first thing at my house. It would drop all of a sudden and where I live, it tends to be sensitive to cell signals. I just got a Belkin Grip Vue yesterday and poof, my issues went away.
