Which HDDs are built into the new iMacs?

Hi,

I'm just curious if it's worth spending 200€ extra for the optional 1TB HD ...

Which brand & model are the 500GB and 1TB internal HDDs of the new iMacs? Or even better, is there a complete datasheet hidden somewhere?
