You forgot to add a category for all the folks using iPhone 6 prototypes. Somewhere Tim Cook is yelling at an intern because he couldn't participate in your poll.:apple:

Don't forget the goophone. They prob don't have interns but the workers have feelings too. :apple:

Still on the 5.. I've never found the "S" versions compelling enough to pony up the extra cash. Going on AT&T's NEXT for this phone, though.. so new iPhone every year! :)

Like I said before, the 5C didn't sell worth a damn. At the time of my typing this, there are just as many people still using 3Gs as 5Cs.

iPhone 5. Just recently purchased an Apple-approved refurbished device.

Yeah, because this is an entirely scientific poll with an adequate and representative sample size.

Did you know that based on sales data from the month of May (most recent I've seen) the only phones that outsold the 5c were the 5s, Galaxy s4, Galaxy s5, and Note 3, in that order. Those are Apple and Samsung's flagship devices, and after being on the market for 8 months, the 5c outsold every other phone on the market.

But yeah, I guess it didn't sell worth a damn.

5c until sept 2015. At upgrade time it will prob be the 6 or 5s dependant on deals available etc..

And you forgot to add a category for the folks who are not using an iPhone, and are unlikely to ever do so.

On the rare occasion that I do carry a mobile phone, it is a $22 blue Nokia with a monochrome screen.

That is unlikely to change any time soon. A Mac Mini on my desk is about as far down the gadget road as I am ever going to get. I like to use a decent sized screen. My eyes and mitts, and lifestyle are not a fit for all those dainty, delicate little mobile gadgets.

Besides, I rather like the feeling of being off line the moment I walk away from my desk.

I did some research, and stand corrected.

my iphone4 is slowly deteriorating

I can can hardly hear or be heard and can only be used with the handfree

I've held back on the the 4s,5,5s/5c as I was quite happy with my 4, and not that amazed with the successors. Apparently, it will be needing replacement soon. Hopefully the 6 will be a wow phone design/feature wise.

Using the 5.

No. The poll is on an Apple oriented website. Meaning all of us here are enthusiasts or very interested in Apple offerings. That means we spend more $ on this stuff, hence the 5S showing larger numbers in the poll. And although the 5S did sell in higher numbers in real life, the 5C sold well also.
