How? Popular is generally defined as something a majority of people prefer. They want to know what everyone else likes so they can be the same, or maybe so they won't get that color.

Which iPhone color do you always gets for your iPhones? Space grey, rose gold, gold, or silver?

For larger devices like the 6splus to the iPad's I prefer a white bezel to break up the big slab look. My iPad mini is gold. My 6S Plus is rose gold.
For iPhone 5s, SE, IPhone 4 I went with black bezels.
My iPhone 6 was space gray and my iPad mini was silver and my iPad mini 2 was space gray. So I've had all the colors at some point. I do like all of the current iPhone colors but my favorite for the 6S and 6S Plus is rose gold.
It's a tie between rose gold and space grey for the iPhone SE but I had to have black bezels so I bought the latter.

My wife has the Rose Gold 6s. When we ported to T-Mobile she turned in a Gold 6.
Turns out, once she got the phone, she didn't care for the Rose Gold color and wanted Gold back. But at that point it was a done deal. She was expecting more of the kind of color you find in rose gold jewelry and not pink - which is what the color really is.
You may want to check one out before buying just to confirm you really want Rose Gold.

Yeah, I looked it it in the store and I love the color. I like the fact that it's more pink than gold.
I used to only buy black. Never liked how white looked. That changed with the iPhone 5. My mom got the white one and I thought it looked really nice, so when I bought an iPhone 5s, I got silver and bought white phones ever since. White Moto X, silver iPad Air 2, silver iPad mini 4, silver iPhone SE, and even a silver Galaxy S7 Edge, which was the closest thing to white.
I used to hate white and love black. Now it's completely switched. I don't think black looks good at all.
I've always been partial to the black bezel. So whatever color that ended up being I bought. I wish they would do silver with the black bezel, I think that'd look great.
thats what i was expecting when i heard about rose gold. the type in watches and the such. its a good look for a man or woman. but the iPhones rose gold is too pinkish. no offense to anyone men or women. i would just never own a pink phone.

My last post in the 6s aluminum chipping thread was supposed to be for this thread. I was having my lunch earlier. By the time I saw my mistake, I didn't want to edit and copy and paste it here. I am usually aware with my mistakes since I re-read my posts like all the little typos and picture didn't show up. Opera Mini also causes alot of mistakes for me if I don't type my post in my Notes app first since Opera Mini isn't as instant when I click post. I have to copy and paste, then refresh it to see if it got posted. CM Browser is what I use if my post is pic heavy to preview it better.
But anyhoo, space gray. I prefer the black front panel. I think slate iPhone 5 looks a little better than a space gray 5s/SE but we are really only debating between four different colors on the rear. The front panel is more important to me which is why my only option to get black is space gray. Yes, I would still pick space gray if Apple offers a space black option. Gray or silver doesn't show smudges like a black rear does.
