Which iPhone do Sir Ive and the Cook personally use?

Yeah, here's 3 pictures of him.. in the first one he has a White 3GS and in the second one a White 5.
Since 2013 he uses the Gold models, as you can see in the 3rd picture.

TBH, I'm more curios about what color Phill uses. He's so dull yet agitated.

With so many threads about what cases to buy for your iPhone, I was curious what case Jony Ive uses.

Of course, none!
Probably because he likes to keep the pure design aesthetic. And unlike the rest of us, if he dinged or scratched one up, he'd just grab another one from the back warehouse. :)

Whatever they're using, I hope it bends.

Edit, I just had quite the moment imagining the ensuing carnage if Steve Jobs's iPhone bent from keeping it in a pocket.

He would say it wasn't a problem and it's his fault for "using it wrong, without a case"

The real question is what cellular carrier are Cook and Ive using and what type of plan are they on?

Last year there was a photo for Bloomberg Magazine with Ive using a naked Gold 5s, same as Craig and Cook a Blue 5c with an Apple Case. Weird, how the CEO uses a inferior device with a case on it.

Edit : found the photo.

How come anyone listens to 'head of design' Johnny Ive when he wears such awful shoes? What taste does he have?

I figured the CEO would use it. Everyone thinks the 5c is inferior but that's not the case. That's a lie.

The 5c is one of their best and most unique products.

It's the only Apple phone I've purchased twice, and kept.

Agreed, the 5C is awesome in the flesh, it's a shame they've crippled it with only 8GB of internal memory though.

Also does Ive use an iPhone 6/has been been photographed using one?

For the design conscious Ive, I wonder how he really feels about the 6 opposed to the 5/5S.

One things for sure. He won't be holding it one handed anymore :)

Tim Cook is probably already using the iPhone 8

This could have less sarcasm in it than you think. Anyone remembers the Tim Cook Ice Bucket Challenge back when it still was a thing over the summer? Watch that again and notice the giant device in his jean pocket, most definitely a 6+ prototype. So it is certain they could be one of the field testers of the upcoming devices though I'd doubt 6S and 6S+'s field ready prototypes are ready yet.

Secret Santa mentioned in his interview that Ive and Federerlamborghini have custom 4 GB iPhones. So they have never encountered Safari tab reloads in thier life.

However on personal request, Cook's iPhone 6 has 256 MB RAM. Says he doesn't need it.

randomly thought about this today, guess I'm still curious to know what they use. Anybody know & care to share??

Tim Cook uses a white iPhone, he said at some digital conference he preferred it to black.

As for which mode, I have no idea. They probably use both.

I think Tim Cook uses Windows Phone because he likes the sophisticated UI and clean interface. He doesn't like to use iTunes all the time so he prefers Windows Phone. He also feels Windows Phones are more value for money than an iPhone. I mean he still loves iPhone but he is not the biggest fan of its restricted ecosystem.

i think the 5c is a great no-fuss phone. most people i know with a 5 have no desire to upgrade to a 6. i guess then same goes for those with 5cs.

and the colourful cases make them really stand out in a world of bland monolithic black slabs

remember the candyshell imac g3s?

Yea a good freind of mine got the 5c when his 4 finally died. The low capacity doesn't bother him he hardly uses any apps, no games, just soem photos which he always backs up anyway - he can message and use VOIP as well as a more powerful iphone so it was a no-brainer for him. He prefered spending the cash on a new Mac Air.

my family were on the 4S on the longest time. When finally I got them all 5Cs (from ebay - 32gb)....and they're all so happy.

the difference between the 4 series phone and the 5 series phones are staggering.

I should imagine that they will both be using at least the next gen iPhones. They'll always be 6-12 months ahead of Joe public.
